What You Can Expect if You Decide to Proceed and Purchase a Trueclass puppy
Trueclass are selective to whom they sell their puppies to and it’s important that all Trueclass pups go to loving homes.
If you would like to be considered for one of their puppies, could you please complete this Expression of Interest Form. After the form has been completed, Trueclass will contact you to organise a suitable time to discuss the purchase of a Trueclass Retriever.
Trueclass will spend quality time talking with you over the phone or in person, after receiving your expression of interest. If Trueclass doesn’t have a puppy available they will place you on their wait list and inform you of the estimated time frame.
When Trueclass and their customers are happy to proceed, Trueclass will send you official paperwork once your puppy is born. This includes a welcome letter to the Trueclass family along with a Deposit and Sales Agreement, which secures your puppy.
After the agreements are signed and their deposit has been received, Trueclass will then email you their recommendations on how to prepare for your puppy. This will also include details of the recommended essential items needed, that will assist you in raising a happy, healthy, four-legged family member. You will also receive via email a comprehensive puppy raising manual.
You Are Welcome To Visit Trueclass
Trueclass welcomes customers to visit and meet/select their pup at 6 weeks of age and then collect their pup at 8 weeks. Many of their customers request Trueclass to select a puppy for them. Trueclass will discuss your expectations so that after an in depth conversation with their customer, Trueclass will understand which puppy is better suited for your family, or if you prefer to select your puppy, we are happy either way.
All Trueclass puppies before leaving the nest at 8 + weeks will be,
Wormed at 2, 4, 6 & 8 weeks
Microchipped at 6-7 weeks
Received their first Vaccination at 6-7 weeks
Vet checked with a health certificate from a registered vet at 6-7 weeks
Trueclass pups come with Certified Pedigree Papers and are registered with the DOGS AUSTRALIA / ANKC
Trueclass provides a puppy manual on the day of collection at 8 weeks. It includes instructions on how to raise and care for your puppy, all paper work and health certificates, along with a Royal Canine Puppy Pack. Trueclass will take you through the puppy manual at the time of collection and answer any questions you may have. Trueclass will provide you with 3 days of Royal Canine Labrador or Golden Retriever Dry Puppy Food, to tie you over until you receive your complimentary bag of Royal Canine Labrador or Golden Retriever puppy food.
Trueclass will contact you a week after you’ve taken collection of your new pup to ensure it has settled in well and to answer any questions you may have.
Trueclass also offers a private Facebook Group for all of their customers, so they can share photos and share their pups special moments if they would like to, and stay in contact with their pups litter mates family and Trueclass.
Trueclass welcomes ongoing relationships with their clients and will always be available to discuss your pups ongoing development and share your journey.
