We purchased our golden retriever puppy ‘Luna’ from Simone at Trueclass after a recommendation from a close friend. We are so in love with our puppy. We had a wonderful experience with Trueclass from the beginning. We had a lovely phone interview with Simone to discuss if we could offer a good home to a puppy and Simone kept our needs in mind when helping us select our puppy from the litter. We received lots of beautiful photos and videos of our little girl Luna in her first few weeks of puppyhood and got to meet her at our 6 week visit to Trueclass in Braidwood. The puppies are cared for beautifully and are well socialised. Trueclass assess the genetics of their breeding dogs and carefully select them for wellness and temperament. We met Luna’s mum and dad at our 6 week visit. When Luna joined our family she already had a good idea of appropriate toileting and already seemed to know ‘sit’ and how to be polite. She is an energetic, confidant little bundle of love. We received a fabulous book from Simone with all our puppy questions answered. Luna loves a cuddle and is an enthusiastic retriever. She is very social with people and other dogs and loves her toys. Luna has joined our family with 3 other dogs and a baby and is fitting in perfectly. Her play style is very polite. She loves playing in her puppy pool and watches the cockatoos fly around the farm. Luna is already a treasured part of our family. I would highly recommend Trueclass if you are looking for a special experience and a beautiful puppy.

Our experience with Trueclass has been outstanding. From our first interaction with Simone, there was immediate trust and comfort. Simone provided my partner and I with so much information and you could tell there was so much passion with her breeding golden retrievers, which is what we loved. From the moment our puppy was born, we had so much contact with Simone and so many photos and updates about our little man. She was happy to answer any answers and was available anytime we needed. We had trust throughout the entire process. This was our first puppy and pet, and we were nervous trying to find someone who was reliable and able to guide us through the whole process. So to find someone like Simone was an absolute blessing. When we first met our puppy, he was absolutely gorgeous, the whole litter was. His parents were absolutely beautiful, spending a bit of time with the mum who had an amazing temperament and gorgeous features. We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate that Trueclass has entrusted us with one of their very special golden retrievers. We have previously had a golden retriever (who unfortunately passed away) but we were still very nervous about finding a new puppy and more importantly perhaps, a breeder. Trueclass had been recommended to us by friends and from the first conversation with Simone I knew why. Simone and Geoff love their dogs. The dogs are part of the family and are clearly loved and doted on. They are also experienced in what they do and the breeding process is done with so much love and care. As a potential owner we had absolute faith in what they were doing. We had very regular updates about how mum was doing and then how mum and puppies were doing. We saw videos, photos, were sent manuals, medical updates and scores etc. We then met mum and all her puppies. We felt included in the entire process and we knew all the dogs were loved and cared for. We could not recommend Trueclass enough.

Our puppy is a true testament to the care and dedication that Simone puts into her breeding program. From day one, our puppy was healthy, confident, and incredibly intelligent. She learned basic commands like “sit,” “stay,” “lie down,” “come,” and “fetch” remarkably quickly — all before she even turned 12 weeks old! It's clear that Simone ensures her puppies are well-socialised, as our girl has been a joy to interact with other dogs and puppies. She's playful and confident, but always polite and well-mannered.
One of the things we love most about her is her calm and gentle nature. She’s always beautifully behaved around others, especially young children and elderly people. She’s never shown any signs of aggression, and she’s incredibly gentle, which is so important to us. She’s not food aggressive at all and will never attempt to take food that is not hers. In saying that, she loves her food and being a typical retriever, will gladly quickly hoover any crumbs left by my children! Our puppy is not a digger or a barker, which is an added bonus!
She has adapted well to both indoor and outdoor living, and walks beautifully on a lead. Whether we're enjoying a walk around the neighbourhood or just lounging at home, she’s content and happy to be with us. She truly has the perfect temperament, and we couldn’t be more pleased with her.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Trueclass to anyone looking for a healthy, happy, and well-adjusted Golden Retriever. The care and attention they put into breeding their dogs is second to none, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. I can highly recommend Trueclass as a breeder. I did a lot of research before we got our puppy Brady 4 months ago. From the moment I first made contact with Simone, the entire process was professional and caring. This was not our first dog and I knew what type of things we were looking for. You know you have a good breeder when they are transparent with all information and encourage communication. We received our baby Maverick from Trueclass 7 months ago after doing a lot of research on the breed and breeders. We are so glad we chose Trueclass, their knowledge and standard of breeding goes above and beyond. All of their dogs have pure blood lines with tests to ensure top health scores. Even our vet comments on how perfect Maverick is every time we come in. The environment the mum and puppies are bred in is ideal and you can tell how passionate they are about what they do. It’s really important to them that their dogs go to loving homes and was important to us to see that as well. The process to adopt was smooth and the information packs thorough. Simone was delightful to deal with throughout the entire process of choosing our beautiful puppy Murphy. From the time he was born she kept us informed on how well the pups were doing and growing. However, what was most wonderful was how she raised the puppies to be so well socialised and trained, and how she and her beautiful family knew the distinct personalities of each pup. We had a unique situation in that Murphy would be joining our 6 month old lab puppy Pippa, who is gorgeous but active and energetic, as any 6 month old lab puppy is! We also have 2 young sons. Simone and Bella knew that Murphy was the most confident pup, and suggested that he would be the right pup for our busy young family, particularly as he would be joining a bigger puppy. Simone was absolutely right- Murphy slotted in with our tribe like he had always been there. Even as a little pup he held his own with Pippa, and within a few days they were best friends and inseparable. Murphy’s temperament is outstanding. He is calm, kind and affectionate. He has plenty of energy but always relaxes at the end of the day. He loves our kids, other dogs and people. He loves to swim and go for walks on the beach. He came to us already toilet training, and had this sorted really quickly, which was great. His beautiful nature is a testament to his excellent genes, and being raised in a loving home environment. Goose is my 7 month old Black Lab. He is extremely loyal and has a great temperament. He is Curious and playful with an underlying placidity that makes him a hit with my nieces and nephews. He is very obedient and has great off-lead recall. (A testament to Geoff’s training techniques and advice). His favourite things to do are chasing a stick on the beach and swimming in the ocean with me. I haven’t had a single regret with Goose. He is my best mate. From my first expression of interest, Geoff was extremely helpful. He firstly ensured I was a suitable candidate to care for a dog and secondly, that I was prepared for embarking on a lifelong journey with a Lab. The ‘caring for you puppy’ package was comprehensive and had everything I needed to get me started. Geoff is a complete expert in caring for and training labradors and is always free for a chat if I need some guidance or advice. When I first picked up Goose, he spent significant time with me, showing me the ropes. A testament to how he cares for his animals. I would recommend Trueclass to any person serious about owning a dog.

Teddy is so loved and adored by me and my whole family. I can't thank you enough for bringing such a wonderful dog into my life. He is easy going, goofy, sweet and so gorgeous. He is going so well so far and has reached all milestones without a hitch. He is also growing up, way too fast! As you can see in the photo he truly lives up to his name and gives the absolute best cuddles! My nephew Lachie, age 4 is Teddy's favourite person. They have a play date every Friday and play soccer all afternoon together. He is obsessed with soccer balls. He loves hitting them with his feet while holding another toy in his mouth. He also loves holding two toys in his mouth at once and is absolutely aiming for three.
He is also so healthy and not food crazy, which has made looking after him such a breeze. He adores all people and dogs, and everyone that meets him, absolutely falls for him. He is also very patient and is helping my niece to get over her fear of dogs. As well as being a massive source of joy and comfort after a long day at work. He is everything and more and I couldn't and wouldn't want to imagine my life without him. Thank you again

Trueclass Lara Ellyse
We have been so happy with our gorgeous puppy Lara from Trueclass Golden Retrievers. Coming from Sydney, Simone kept us up to date with photos and the facebook site so my children could see her grow and have fun until we picked her up at 8 weeks. Simone was incredibly helpful providing all the documents to help us prepare for Lara. Before and after we picked up Lara, I was able to ask any question to get the necessary guidance on what to do with her. I would strongly recommend Trueclass to any prospective puppy owner.
